If you are new to Pilates then this is the place to start. We work on building foundational movements on both the reformer and exo chair while mastering the Pilates fundamentals.
In this class you will continue to practice your reformer flow movements as well as incorporating the jump board. A low impact workout that is meant to elevate your heart rate.
This class involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. You are pushing yourself 100% in the short cardio bursts. The calories you burn even hours after you have finished your workout will be worth it!
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. Regular stretching may improve your circulation, decrease back pain, help prevent injury, and decrease muscle soreness. This class can help reduce stress and tension!
